Training Calendar 2016 - 2017

Dr. Fixit Institute of Structural Protection and Rehabilitation (DFI-SPR), a not-for-profit knowledge centre, was registered as a stand-alone organisation under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act (1956) in June 2006. The Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory In the Institute is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) as per ISO / IEC : 17025 - 2005 in the discipline of Non Destructive Testing and Chemical Analysis.

The primary objective of this institute is to act as a platform for national and international networking in the construction industry by sharing knowledge and practices in the fields of waterproofing, repair, restoration, and renewal engineering in the context of life cycle assessment of the built environment and to assist the construction professionals for being at par with the global standards and technologies.

As a step towards achieving this objective, the institute has regularly been conducting short term training programmes and certificate courses for the last 8 years in strategic geographical locations across the country. The tentative schedule and venues of the academic programmes for the year 2016 - 2017 are enclosed.

Other Training Activities
Apart from the above initiative, Dr. Fixit Institute continued its knowledge spreading activities for awareness in “Waterproofing, Building Maintenance and Repairs” by organizing a series of programmes, technical sessions and elective courses across India.
