The Institute has an Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory, making available the standard NDE (Non- Destructive Evaluation) facilities like UPV Equipment, Schmidt Hammer, Corrosion Analyser, Profometer, Concrete Core Drilling Machine, Moisture meter, Crack Microscope, etc.

Following services are available from this laboratory :

Commercial testing as requested by the clients Periodic health check of buildings and structures Specific training programmes for NDT supervisors and diagnostic instrument operators Repair and renovation consultancy in general and to the co-operative housing societies in particular
